With over 40 years’ service, Shrike has evolved through regular enhancement and improvements and this continues with a focus on reducing environmental impact.
This has led to the replacement of old Cadmium battery technology with more environmentally friendly metal hydride batteries and the development of smaller, lighter and more efficient charger technologies that are both compatible with existing customer inventory and new supply of batteries.
With more reliable, smaller and lightweight technologies we are able to reduce impact arising from power consumption for charging, packaging and shipping requirements and usage of materials in manufacture.
With fleets of Cadmium batteries still in use around the world, we work with our customers to offer attractive fleet replacement or staged options as budgets permit for replacement of batteries and chargers.
