Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy is detailed within the Chemring Technology Solutions Standard Terms and Conditions. Extract below:

“8.1 Acceptance of any request by the Customer to return any goods are at the Company’s sole discretion. In the event that Goods are accepted to be returned to the Company, the Customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by contacting the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any returned Goods without a valid RMA and is not responsible for any Goods that are lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for return.

The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to the Company. Only in the event that Goods are found to be defective (Company’s decision is final) under condition 7.3.2 above, then the Company will either pay the shipping charges on the replacement or, exchange Goods being returned only and to the original shipped destination.

8.2 In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel an order, then this request must be in writing and written acceptance provided by the Company. Any acceptance to cancel an order is at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event that the Company does accept a request to cancel an order and if the Goods have not been delivered, but partial or full payment has been received then the Company will issue a credit note for the full value.

8.3 In the event that the Goods have been delivered, the Customer is solely responsible to ensure the Goods are returned in an as new and unused condition. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned Goods by the Company a restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from any residual amount and a credit note only will be issued.”

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
